The Age Groups for each run are broken into the standard 5 year age groups:
For the 5 Mile from "14 & under" to "65 & Older".
For the 5 K from "14 & under" to "70 & Older".
Certificates will be awarded to First, Second and Third place finishers for each age group.

Ages 40 -44
Ages 45 - 49

Ages 65- 69 (5K Men and Women)
